The SP Premier Strong  set is designed for industrial or premium gates.

• Gate weight: 800–1000 kg;

  • or a large number of forged elements;
• Width of the opening:
  • up to 6 m,
  • or up to 12 м (two gate leaves facing each other),
• Gate height: 2.0–3.2 m (depends on the filling).

What is included in the SP Premier Strong set

1. Console beam, length 6 or 7 m, profile dimensions - 86x82x4.5 mm hot-rolled etched metal.
2. Roller carriages with 8 rollers, reinforced bearing series 303, carriage plate 16 mm thick.
3. Roller with 201 series bearing, roller material steel, body steel, two console plugs with two rubber bumpers at the end.
4. Upper holder 4 rollers, double-layer rollers (inner cage - frost-resistant polyamide, outer shell - elastic plastic, resistant to UV radiation, strong bracket - 4 mm).
5. Top catcher, 4 mm steel, rounded corners, wide shelves.
6. Bottom catcher 4 mm steel, rounded corners, wide shelves, rubber bumper.
7. Steel gate beam plug, quick-release design, rubber bumper.

Key differences

• Hot-rolled pickled and passivated structural steel of European quality was used for the production of the kit. Steel grade S235JR according to the European classification. This ensures the calculated modulus of elasticity and resistance to load. Passivation of steel significantly increases corrosion resistance. Simplifies storage, including in open areas. Speeds up preparation for painting in any way.

• Possibility to choose a one-piece console or a set for 6 or 7 m gates from stock.
• Console up to 12 m long are available on request.
• The geometry of the guide console is recognised by at least 78% of the leading industry experts.
• SP Premier is constantly improving its innovative technology for mounting the rollers on the carriage. As a result, the carriage has a much longer service life (smoother running due to constant bearing tension and less noise during movement). Competitors were forced to try to copy this solution, but all the times they failed. Thus, the SP Premier labeled gate fittings have set the bar for durability and comfortable use in the gate market.
• We use 14 mm thick solid roller carriage plates. This raises the strength of our products to a level unattainable by competitors.
• Safety top and bottom catcher with wide shelves made of 4 mm thick steel with rounded corners.
• UV- and low-temperature resistant double-layer support rollers that do not damage the door coating.
• The front roller with cap assembly and the rear metal cap protect the interior of the console from dirt or snow and provide a convenient method of attachment.
• The pin connecting the carriage to the base has a diameter of 20 mm. This, in combination with 8 mm thick eyelets, ensures the reliability and service life of one of the key connections.
• Branded markings to protect against counterfeiting.
• No significant corrosion of the internal cavity of the consoles for more than five years of intensive use.
• Front metal roller on 201 series bearing complete with plug with rubber bumpers.
