Complete set of the electric ground screw driver

The mobile manual electric device for screwing screw piles consists of:

  • powerful electric drive with a gearbox in a special case,
  • adapter for the pile head,
  • telescopic lever.

For convenient use, sturdy metal handles are attached to the sides and top of the device. The SP Premier electric ground screw driver is used for screwing piles with a diameter of 42-76 mm and a length of 1-2 m in hard-to-reach places.

How does the electric ground screw driver work?

At the initial stage of work, the places where the piles will be screwed are calculated and marked with the help of geodetic instruments. It takes 2-3 people to operate the device and install the pile.

Before screwing the pile, a long telescopic lever is connected to the device to keep the structure from scrolling. Next, the pile is connected to the electric drive adapter with two fixing screws, the device is switched on and the pile is screwed into the ground, keeping track of its vertical position all the time.

A building level must be used to determine the levelness of the pile and to correct it during screwing.

Usage

Electric ground screw driver SP Premier can be effectively used in the following areas:

  • Construction of residential buildings, gazebos, fences.
  • Installation of solar panels and other energy facilities.
  • Building lightweight structures and kiosks, such as billboards, bridges or piers.

Advantages of the electric ground screw driver SP Premier

The hand-held ground screw driver is widely used in construction and has several advantages over large special pile driving equipment.

Piles can be screwed where:

  • no access for machinery (far edge of a green area; no road nearby);
  • there is little space nearby (between houses and fences);
  • difficult terrain or soils (slopes, banks of water bodies, wetlands, unleveled wild areas);
  • parks and squares with densely planted bushes/trees;
  • noise restrictions, such as medical and recreational facilities, where the use of tractor equipment with its characteristic rather loud noise is undesirable during the opening hours of these facilities.

Installation is carried out without disturbing the landscape design structure of the site, unlike tractors or other special equipment, which heavily compacts the soil and destroys the surface of the lawn when driving.

  • Easy and quick installation, no special skills and driving license are required to operate a ground screw driver, unlike a tractor or other equipment.
  • Saves time, allows you to quickly install piles compared to traditional methods of pouring the foundation.
  • Can be used all year round, in any weather.
  • The use of a ground screw driver allows you to install foundation piles in an urgent mode, without waiting for a tractor or compact loader to become available.
  • Lower costs, a ground screw driver is much cheaper to rent or buy than specialized equipment. You can also avoid the cost of additional operators and fuel costs for large machines.
  • The compactness and lightness of the device makes it easy to transport to the site, especially to hard-to-reach places.
  • Thanks to the manual control, the operator can precisely select the place and angle of the pile installation.
