The SP Premier Standart Trend set is designed for residential or entry-level industrial gates.

Gate weight: up to 500 kg;
Filling — ultra-light, light and medium weight:
- mesh,
- polycarbonate,
- metal sheet,
- aluminium or vinyl siding,
- metal panel;
Gate height: 1.9–2.5 m (depending on the filling).
- up to 1.8–1.9 m — with medium weight of the filling and maximum width of the gate opening,
- up to 2.5 m — with light filling and minimum gate opening.

Console beam, length 6 m, profile dimensions 60×70×3,5 mm, hot-rolled pickled metal, steel grade S235JR.
Roller carriages for 8 rollers, reinforced bearing of the 201 series of closed type, one-piece carriage plate 10 mm thick.
Adjustable platforms, M14 studs, 5 mm metal.
Roller without bearing, roller material - polyamide, steel body.
Upper holder 2 rollers, double-layer rollers (inner cage frost-resistant polyamide, outer shell elastic plastic resistant to UV radiation, bracket - 4 mm).
Upper catcher, 4 mm steel, rounded corners, wide shelves.
Lower catcher, 4 mm steel, rounded corners, wide shelves.
Steel plug for the gate beam, quick-release.

Wind torsion resistance

The gate does not «twist» in the wind thanks to the full counterweight and optional upper catchers.The gate is caught in the catchers under almost any conditions.

Load resistance is provided by hot-rolled pickled and passivated structural steel grade S235JR.
Corrosion resistance (No significant corrosion of the internal cavity of the consoles for more than five years of intensive use), simplified storage and accelerated preparation for painting - due to the fact that the steel is passivated.

Powerful carriages with 10 mm thick solid plates.
Safety is ensured by the upper and lower catchers with wide shelves made of 4 mm thick steel with rounded corners.
The durability of the hardware is also achieved thanks to the UV radiation resistant and low temperature resistant double-layer support rollers that do not damage the gate coating.
The internal cavity of the console is protected from dirt or snow by the front swivel roller with an assembled cap and the rear metal cap.
The reliability and durability of one of the key joints is ensured by the 20 mm thick carriage pin with 8 mm thick eyelets.
The branded markings on the kits, consoles and carriages protect against counterfeiting.
