The SP Premier Standart Smart set is designed for residential or entry-level industrial gates.

• Gate weight: up to 500 kg.
• Filling — ultra-light, light and medium weight:
  • mesh,
  • polycarbonate,
  • metal sheet,
  • aluminium or vinyl siding,
  • metal panel.
• Gate height: 1.9–2.5 m (depending on the filling).
  • up to 1.8–1.9 m — with medium weight of the filling and maximum width of the gate opening,
  • up to 2.5 m — with light filling and minimum gate opening.

What is included in the SP Premier Standart Smart hardware kit

1. Console beam, length 6 m, profile dimensions 60×70×3,5 mm, hot-rolled pickled metal, steel grade S235JR.
2. Roller carriages for 8 rollers, reinforced bearing of the 201 series of closed type, one-piece carriage plate 10 mm thick.
3. Roller without bearing, roller material - polyamide, steel body.
4. Upper holder 2 rollers, double-layer rollers (inner cage frost-resistant polyamide, outer shell elastic plastic resistant to UV radiation, bracket - 4 mm).
5. Top end stop (catcher), 4 mm steel, with wide shelves with rounded corners and replaceable plastic covers.
6. Bottom end stop (catcher), 4 mm steel, with wide shelves with rounded corners and replaceable plastic covers.
7. Steel plug for the gate beam, quick-release.

• The reliability and durability of one of the key connections are ensured by the 20 mm thick carriage pin with 8 mm thick eyelets.
• The branded markings on the kits, consoles and carriages protect against counterfeiting.
